​Important Information

​HEALTH HISTORY FORMS: When you book your treatment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to an intake form. Please fill out the form prior to your appointment. This will allow you to provide your information securely, at your convenience and ahead of time, in order to allow us to better understand you and make appropriate treatment considerations.

​TREATMENT DURATION: Please note that Kerri typically books 75 or 90 minutes for an initial  assessment + treatment.  Follow up treatments are typically 60 minutes or less in duration dependent on treatment plans. Please find rates  to find our fee schedule below.

​WHAT to WEAR: Wearing comfortable clothing is strongly advised, as you will may remain clothed for a duration of this treatment and may be required to move freely as part of the assessment and/or treatment.  Shorts and tank top is suggested.  Please note this space is scent free.  No perfume, cologne, strong deodorants or gels.  Thank you in advance.

PARKING: Please park in the driveway behind the Blue Toyota Rav 4 or on the street in the allowing months

​WHEN to ARRIVE: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment, otherwise the door may be locked. If that is the case, feel free to wait on our outdoor bench in the warmer months, or wait in your car until your appointment time.

​​PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept e-transfers and cash. A receipt will be issued and may be submitted to third party insurance companies for reimbursement or can be used for a tax purposes.

​​​CANCELLATIONS: We require 24 hours notice for all schedule changes to avoid any charges to your account, unless otherwise stated. Missed appointments are subject to the full fee. Please text, call, email or hop online to notify us as soon as possible in the event you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. We appreciate it!
